Tokexchange is a spot marketplace for Token Credits — units of inference capacity backed by real provider commitments and redeemable through an OpenAI-compatible gateway. We make AI compute a tradable, transparent, backed asset.
Why we exist
The AI economy runs on compute that is bought in private, committed in bulk, and stranded when unused. We think it should clear in public — at a fair price, against verifiable backing, for anyone building with inference.
What we believe
Four principles that shape the venue.
Capacity should be a market.
Inference compute is the new electricity. It should clear on an order book — not through quarterly contract negotiations and overhanging commitments.
Backing must be verifiable.
Every Token Credit is issued against held provider capacity. Issuance batches, expirations and backing rails are auditable — not asserted on a website.
Producers and consumers share one book.
Enterprises with surplus PTU and developers buying inference meet on the same venue, at the same price, with the same matching engine.
Regulated-grade from day one.
We build the controls a serious market needs before we need them: KYC, segregation of duties, attestations, reporting. Not retrofitted later.

Tokexchange is built in Europe by alumni of exchange operators, hyperscaler capacity teams and applied machine learning. We have shipped matching engines, sold cloud capacity at scale, and run inference in production.
